Due to the nature of the products we sell, All Sales are final. Sanitation is the determining factor. We cannot cancel orders after order has been completed.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (including first name, last name and your order number in the subject of the email) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
